Employability Essentials Workshop: Coaching with Impact

Join us for this 90-minute workshop for frontline employability professionals looking to improve their support, knowledge and resources for jobseekers, and to ensure better outcomes and long-term career success.

We will discuss the core principals of coaching and their significance in the employability sector, exploring how to adopt a coaching mindset for growth and development of your practitioner-participant relationships. We will look at how to apply these essential skills to make a lasting impact and transform your communication and participant outcomes, as well as developing strategies for those with complex needs and challenges.

Learners must have access to a computer which can run MS Teams and have access to a microphone and a quiet space for learning.
