Employability Essentials Workshop: Emotional Intelligence

Join us for this workshop for frontline employability professionals looking to improve their support, knowledge and resources for jobseekers, and to ensure better outcomes and long-term career success.

We will explore the core elements of Emotional Intelligence (EI), equipping ourselves with practical strategies to support others effectively through EI principles. By engaging in real-world scenarios, we will apply key techniques to enhance interpersonal interactions and professional outcomes. Through self-evaluation, we will identify our own EI strengths and areas for growth, and demonstrate how EI can be harnessed to meet the demands of our roles with greater empathy, resilience, and impact.

Learners must have access to a computer which can run MS Teams and have access to a microphone and a quiet space for learning.
