Employability Essentials Workshop: Inclusive Employment

Join us for this workshop for frontline employability professionals looking to improve their support, knowledge and resources for jobseekers, and to ensure better outcomes and long-term career success.

We will discuss the Disability Confident campaign and the legal framework surrounding reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010. Learners will be equipped to identify workplace barriers faced by individuals with disabilities and apply practical strategies to foster inclusive employment. Through real-world case studies and collaborative approaches, learners will develop advocacy skills and techniques to support participants in overcoming employment challenges and securing appropriate adjustments, while maintaining positive relationships with employers

Learners must have access to a computer which can run MS Teams and have access to a microphone and a quiet space for learning.
