Employability Essentials Workshop: Art of Disclosure

Join us for this workshop for frontline employability professionals looking to improve their support, knowledge and resources for jobseekers, and to ensure better outcomes and long-term career success.

We will explain the importance of disclosure within employability practice and explore how it impacts the support we provide to participants. By identifying the legal, ethical, and professional considerations involved, we will develop a deeper understanding of how to manage disclosure responsibly. We will demonstrate strategies to create safe, supportive environments that encourage appropriate sharing, and apply effective questioning and listening techniques to handle disclosure conversations with confidence and care.

Learners must have access to a computer which can run MS Teams and have access to a microphone and a quiet space for learning.
