The Recovery Innovation Coordinator and Center of Excellence (RICCE), a program of the Democratic Training Institute, together with the Center of Excellence at the University of the Virgin Islands (UVI-CELL), invites you to the free workshop:
Tools for Grant Award Implementation: Turning Awards into Achievements
This workshop, conducted in English is designed for nonprofit organization professionals managing grant funded programs including Executive Directors, Grant Managers, Program Managers, Financial Officers and Compliance Officers.
This is an online workshop with the opportunity to view it from one of the following UVI locations: St. Thomas, St. Croix, or St. John, ideal for those with limited connectivity. Refreshments will be provided at all three locations.

About the Speaker: Isabel C. Fernández
Isabel C. Fernández is a Certified Grant Management Specialist (CGMS) and a member of the National Grant Management Association (NGMA). As co-founder of ALL GRANTS, LLC, she has helped nonprofits in Puerto Rico secure and manage over $58 million in federal funds.
With over a decade of experience in federal fund administration, grant writing, and compliance consulting, Isabel has worked with organizations in both the public and private sectors. Since 2017, her firm has provided nonprofits with technical training, grant management, and compliance services. Isabel holds a law degree from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
