Carl Jung discovered Medieval alchemy as a rich, symbolic mirror reflecting all he had experienced in his descent into the unconscious - the journey that enabled him to forge ‘The Red Book’. This alchemical mirror is central to understanding the depth of his psychology of Individuation. The Spirit Mercurius is the central, symbolic figure of alchemy - the archetype of totality in the natural realm. This seminar will open a door of entry into this subtle world and its Mysteries through images, reflective thought, feeling exploration and physicality. Alchemy is best understood through personal experience - time will be available throughout the weekend for ‘alchemical journaling’.
This event is for IGAP candidates and advanced candidates only. Closed to public.
