CASTLE RACE SERIES 2026 - LOUGH CUTRA CASTLE

Ignite Recovery provides 45-minute recovery sessions designed to help participants relax, reset, and recover after competing.

Each session includes access to a combination of recovery modalities, including:

• Wood-fired sauna
• Cold water plunge pools
• Compression therapy (boots / shorts)
• Percussion therapy (massage guns)
• Stretching & mobility area with resistance bands and foam rollers

Our experienced team will be on hand throughout to guide participants and ensure a safe and enjoyable recovery experience.

What to Bring

• Tickets are QR-code scanned on entry

Hygiene & Safety

• For the comfort and safety of all participants, please arrive reasonably clean
• Please remove mud, dirt, and debris from the course before entering the recovery area
