Join us for our 2023 Wellbeing Festival. 

Workforce wellbeing is a massively important topic across health and social care. Of even greater importance is our individual wellbeing. This festival is an opportunity to explore skills, best practice solutions, and resources for individual and team wellbeing. Take part in live relaxation sessions, create a toolkit of resources, and find out more about what organisations are doing to improve the wellbeing of their workforce.

This online event is free and open to members and non-members and is available as live content only on the day.

9:30am-9:50am 20-Minute Masterclass - Claire Cheminade, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Programme Manager, People Solutions Team, NHS South Central & West will be joining us for a session on 'Mindfulness' which will include a short mindfulness practice.

20-Minute Masterclass - We will be joined by Adam Campbell, CEO, Hapstar who have created a wellbeing app for employers & employees - find out why the app is needed and the importance of regularly checking in with yourself and making your employer aware of your needs.

10:30am-10:50am 20-Minute Masterclass - Susan JonesDirector of Social Care, IHSCM will join us for a session advising “How reframing language can bring about positive change to difficult situations”. This interactive session will provide exercises to reframe language when dealing with difficult situations. Attendees will come away with a practical framework they can use and implement within their teams.

11:00-11:20am 20-Minute Masterclass - We will be joined by Dr Nadia Correia, Clinical Director for Integrated Care Services Group for a session on "The Significance of Promoting Mental Health Awareness in our Workplace"

Promoting mental health awareness in the workplace is of utmost importance for the well-being and success of both employees and the organization. Mental health affects every aspect of our lives, including our work performance, relationships, and overall happiness.

12:00pm-1:00pm: We will be joined by Amanda Reynolds FRSA, Founder & Director of Blend Associates Ltd for a session on '‘Imposter or Traffic Lights?’.

Many people describe themselves as having Imposter System. Maybe you did a course, read something online or did the online assessment?
The thought that you have Imposter Syndrome can be disabling in certain situations and can stop you stepping into new opportunities. This webinar will explore the phenomenon of Imposter Syndrome with Blend Associates Ltd Amanda Reynolds Founder, Executive Coach & Mentor.

Amanda will share her model of imposter system that is Asset base, where these thoughts can be recognised and worked through. The webinar will help you explore how you show up and how imposter syndrome emerges in the workplace.

Seeing Imposter Syndrome as a set of traffic lights can aid you to stop and reflect yourself (or with a coach) to help you better understand your feelings, how your workplace and colleagues help and hinder you in being your best. The session will help you explore how to overcome some of the feeling of inadequacy that Imposter syndrome generates in you at work.

Come along and learn a really easy new skill to help you drift off....'

2:00pm-2:20pm 20-Minute Masterclass - We will be joined by Charlie Bosher, Head of Market Research and Consultancy, Insights & Feedback Team, IQVIA for a session on Staff engagement and wellbeing in the NHS: a case study. Attendees will be provided with an understanding of how staff engagement is measured and collected in the NHS, alongside a case study showing practical changes which have been made to improve wellbeing.
Charlie is Head of Market Research and Consultancy within the IQVIA UK&I Healthcare business. His team measure and collect staff and patient experience data across the NHS, public sector, and within life sciences. Charlie has a specific interest in analysing workforce data within healthcare with a focus on working with clients to improve and increase staff experience. He has worked with IQVIA for 8 years and is a member of the Market Research Society.

2:30-2:50pm 20-Minute Masterclass - Chand Kaur, Chief Executive at PCOS Relief and Director at No1 Healthcare & No1 People will join us to advise on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS); find out about the effects on wellbeing for those suffering with PCOS, what additional support there is & what can improve the wellbeing of those living with PCOS.
