Join us for our Workforce Wellbeing Special Interest Group Meeting. This meeting will take the shape of a PowerHour: The Power of Gratitude and Wellbeing with Simon Gamewell, Wellbeing Content Producer, Thank And Praise (TAP). Join Simon to discuss communication skills for leaders; find out how to improve staff wellbeing through regular conversations and how to conduct those conversations. Simon will explore the power of gratitude, how it connects to workforce wellbeing and how it positively impacts our own mental health.
Simon is the well being content producer for Thank and Praise. After working in education for many years, he had a life changing accident which left him in a wheelchair, making him realise the power of gratitude and joined TAP (Thank and Praise) in 2020. He hosts a bi weekly podcast, which focusses on gratitude and mental health, he also creates blogs and articles for TAP’s website and the wellbeing section of the TAP app.

The Workforce Wellbeing SIG highlights physical and mental workforce wellbeing in all aspects. It is one of our most popular SIGs and meets monthly to plan a whole range of events and reports.
