Join our Director for Social Care, Sue Jones for this training session aimed at deputies and/or aspiring leaders looking at developing their leadership skills.

This module covers:

• The difference between managing & leading
• Values based leadership
• Understanding you as leader
• Proper Selfishness
• The role of a high performance leader
• How to boost engagement & why it matters 

These sessions are FREE for IHSCM members* and available to non-members for £12.00 (inc VAT).
