Deputies Effective Leadership Training - Module 4 – Managing change and preparing to lead

Join our Director for Social Care, Sue Jones for this training session aimed at deputies and/or aspiring leaders looking at developing their leadership skills.

This module covers:

• The psychology of change
• Change management process
• Beware of the J Curve
• Bringing it all together to prepare to lead.

These sessions are FREE for IHSCM members* and available to non-members for £12.00 (inc VAT). Please note ticket sales will close 48 hours prior to the event.
