Join us for our Women in Leadership Special Interest Group Meeting. This meeting will take the shape of a workshop Sisters Doing It For Themselves: Networking Challenges.
Amanda Reynolds FRSA, Founder & Director of Blend Associates Ltd and guest speaker Nicki Bramford, Service Director (CAMHS) & Co-Chair of the Women's Network at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust aim to bring women in similar situations together in a supportive environment for group coaching to address Networking Challenges. Building professional networks can be difficult for women, especially in male-dominated industries and access to influential networks is crucial for career growth. Join us as we discuss how and where support can be accessed.
Amanda runs her own strategy and coaching practice Blend Associates Ltd with access to a faculty of 30+ coaches. She has a special interest in supporting women leaders to thrive. She began her career as a mental health nurse and ran a number of clinical services throughout her career up to board level in the NHS. Amanda holds a master’s Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring (ILM 7) and is a certified MBTI (Myers Briggs), TKI conflict practitioner and PROPHET Executive Team psychometric profiling. She also holds a CEDR certificate in Employment & Workplace mediation. Amanda is a published author and holds an MBA. Amanda brings an up-to-date knowledge of the leadership challenges of complex organisations. Amanda has experience in UK national and local government, the National Health Service, education (UK & USA), the not for profit and the private sectors. She can offer coaching, board facilitation and strategy consultancy. During the pandemic Amanda created, recruited, and has led a coaching faculty coaching senior NHS individuals and teams. The work has been evaluated and shared widely showing the impact of COVID on NHS managerial and clinical senior leaders.
With over 20 years of experience in leading and managing complex and diverse services in health and social care settings, Nicki is a Leadership Specialist in Operational & Organisational Development. Currently, is the Service Director (CAMHS) & Co-Chair of the Women's Network at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, where she is passionate about improving the quality and safety of care, enhancing the staff and patient experience, and fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, learning, and innovation. Nicki is also a Vice Chair, Chair of the Care Committee, and Deputy Safeguarding Lead at Break, a charity that supports children, young people, and families in need. In addition, Nicki is a System Leadership and Organisational Development Advanced Practitioner, with a focus on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. She has developed and delivered learning summits, conferences, workshops, reports, and strategies on various topics, such as Leadership, EDI, Signs of Safety, the Solihull Approach, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy. Nicki is committed to working collaboratively with partners and stakeholders across the system to achieve positive outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
