Deputies Effective Leadership Training - Module 1 - Me, Myself & I

Following from the positive feedback on our Deputies Effective Leadership Course in June, we are pleased to announce that these training sessions will run again in September.

Join our Director for Social Care, Sue Jones for this training session aimed at deputies and/or aspiring leaders looking at developing their leadership skills.

This module covers:

• The difference between managing & leading
• Values based leadership
• Understanding you as leader
• Proper Selfishness
• The role of a high performance leader
• How to boost engagement & why it matters 

Members can earn 2 HPL points by attending this workshop towards Personal Development - Me, Myself and I and Leadership Excellence. HPL Dashboard – IHSCM (ihm.org.uk)
