- Have experienced how transformational coaching is
- Be confident to use 2 key coaching skills in your personal and professional lives
- Know how to find a coach that is right for you
Kristi is the Founder of Attigo Coaching and Development and is a CPD accredited coach specialising in healthcare leadership. Kristi holds a PCC credential with the ICF (The International Coaching Federation), is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and DISC Practitioner. Kristi’s career in healthcare is a result of her being a young carer for her dad since she was seven. The NHS became her safe place and is an institution she cherishes hugely.
Kristi founded her values-based coaching and training organisation in 2015, having worked in and around the NHS in various leadership roles, for 15 years. Kristi coaches clinical and non-clinical leaders across the NHS, social care and community and voluntary sector, providing them with much needed time and space to pause, reflect and plan.
Since 2017, Kristi has been a lead tutor and coach on the NHS Leadership for Personalised Care Programme. Kristi designs and delivers learning and development programmes across health and care, supporting senior managers to lead system transformation from the ground up, so that the focus on patients shifts from ‘What’s wrong with you?’ to ‘What matters to you?’
Kristi is a Health Service Journal Award winner, at the forefront of healthcare service innovation. She trains leaders to re-design appointment systems, so that some patients are consulted in groups, as opposed to one-to one with their GP or nurse. The result is that patients wait less time to be seen and need to be seen less often.
Kristi has coached and trained thousands of leaders and is described as having a style that is ‘full of heart. She emanates a genuine sense of care & warmth. She makes everyone feel at ease.'
