This workshop is part of the Empowered Teams Workshop Series facilitated by Sue Jones, Director for Social Care, IHSCM.
This session is designed to help leaders and team members create a more inclusive and supportive work environment:
1. Understanding Inclusivity and Its Importance: Learn why it is crucial for team success.
2. The Importance of Shared Values: We’ll discuss how shared values can unify the team and guide behaviour.
3. Finding Common Ground: Understand the importance of building relationships on these commonalities.
4. Understanding and Valuing Diversity: We’ll explore different personality types and work styles, how you can identify these in your team, and discuss the value of diverse perspectives and how they contribute to team success.
5. Supporting Different Needs: You will gain strategies for recognising and supporting the unique needs of each team member.
By the end of this session, you will have a deeper understanding of inclusivity, practical tools to foster an inclusive environment, and supporting and valuing the diverse needs of team members.
