IIC Council and New Zealand Conservators of Cultural Material: Pū Maanaki Kahurangi, are delighted to announce that the congress will take a hybrid format this year, promoting a more sustainable and 'climate friendly' event.
We aim to make the congress an accessible and inclusive event across multiple time-zones for all through online international programming as well as offering the opportunity for local in-person events, networking and experience of the unique culture and heritage that Aotearoa New Zealand has to offer.

There are a small number of grants for IIC Student and Early Career members located in Bands 2 - 4 countries to support in-person registration costs and a £150 travel grant through IIC's Brommelle Fund. Awards will be made by 1 August and priority is for presenters and IIC members.

TERMS and CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND DATA/PRIVACY POLICY
We (IIC) need to collect some personal information attending the Congress online or in-person in order to process registrations and provide access to the Congress platform. This includes name, role and contact email address for individuals, and any special accessibility requirements that we are told about. We will only use this personal data to contact the individual about the Congress, to do this we will need to share this information, including your name and contact details, with the local organising committee in Wellington, in order to facilitate the individual's attendance to the Congress online or in-person. A delegate list of all registered attendees including names and contact registration emails will be shared at the event, if you do not want your name or contact email on the delegate list please contact the IIC Office, iic@iiconservation.org to notify us of the request by 31 August.
