The sun drops and the palms write slow shapes across the sky. We mark the hour with a sunset cocktail at 6 pm and watch color move. Dinner at 7 pm — bright citrus, herbs, warm plates, conversation settling as the candles come on. By 9 pm Kerala Dust step in live. The rhythm is the compass: bass forward, a motorik undercurrent, hand and synth textures threading a 96–112 BPM line that holds like shore water. The last note lands; the floor stays open.

Light gathers without hurry. A ribbon of amber candlelight threads the sand and soft floor; faces steady and calm. Overhead the moon is waxing gibbous, just past First Quarter, and the stars take their places.

Flavor first. We work with non-industrial producers and a botanical hand. Cocktails honor ingredients and balance. Choose your spirit level — from full to low to zero — and explore essences, herbs, mineral and citrus profiles that keep the night clear while opening subtle emotional tones.

• Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your tickets. Please check your inbox and spam folder. We recommend saving the code on your device or taking a screenshot so your entry flows as seamlessly as a wave reaching the shore.
• On the day of the event, you will receive an email with essential details. A clear guide to ensure your arrival is smooth and your enjoyment begins from the very first moment.
• Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The last entry is at 10:30 p.m. Guests arriving later will not be admitted, and no refunds will be issued.
• A valid government-issued ID will be required. Entry will only be granted if the name on the ID matches the ticket
• Entry is reserved for guests aged 18 and over, an experience designed for adults to enjoy music and setting with full freedom.
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Only the individual whose name appears on the ticket will be allowed entry to the event.
• We want every experience to carry meaning and value. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if you choose not to attend or if the experience does not meet your personal expectations.
• Ticket prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN). Any additional charges related to banking fees or payment methods will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
• If applicable, each Tier will have a limited number of tickets. Once availability in one level is sold out, the price will automatically increase to the next tier.
• We suggest bringing a bag to store your shoes and warm clothing, allowing you to move freely while keeping your belongings safe throughout the event.
• The event schedule is subject to change without prior notice. We encourage you to stay informed through official updates to ensure timely arrival.
• Arena is not responsible for lost or misplaced items during the event. We encourage you to keep your belongings secure at all times.
• At the entrance, bag checks and personal security screenings will be conducted to ensure a safe event for all attendees. The entry of weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited, including sharp objects, pepper spray, and similar items.
• Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event. The experience features a bar curated to serve all guests. 
• Consumption at the bar is not included in the ticket price.
• Pets are not allowed at the event. 
• Access will not be granted to individuals appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. If detected during the event, they will be asked to leave the premises to safeguard the collective well-being.
• The sale of items or services not previously authorized by the organization is strictly prohibited. This ensures order and coherence throughout the experience.
• Failure to comply with these provisions will result in denied entry to the event and will not entitle the attendee to a refund.

El sol se pone y las palmeras dibujan lentas siluetas en el cielo. Marcamos la hora con un cóctel al atardecer a las 6 p.m. y observamos cómo cambian los colores. Cena a las 7 p.m.: cítricos brillantes, hierbas, platos calientes, conversación que se calma al encenderse las velas. A las 9 p.m., Kerala Dust entra en escena en vivo. El ritmo es la brújula: bajo al frente, un trasfondo motorik, texturas de mano y sintetizador que tejen una línea de 96-112 BPM que se mantiene como el agua de la orilla. Suena la última nota; la pista sigue abierta.

La luz se acumula sin prisa. Una cinta de luz ámbar de velas atraviesa la arena y el suelo blando; los rostros están serenos y tranquilos. En lo alto, la luna está en fase creciente, acaba de pasar el primer cuarto, y las estrellas ocupan su lugar.

Bar: sabor y nivel de alcohol

El sabor es lo primero. Trabajamos con productores no industriales y con un toque botánico. Los cócteles rinden homenaje a los ingredientes y al equilibrio. Elija su nivel de alcohol, de alto a bajo o nulo, y explore esencias, hierbas, minerales y perfiles cítricos que mantienen la noche despejada mientras abren sutiles tonos emocionales.

• Al completar tu compra recibirás un correo con tus boletos.
• Revisa tu bandeja principal y spam. Te sugerimos guardar el código en tu dispositivo o tomar una captura de pantalla para que tu acceso sea tan ágil como la llegada de una ola a la orilla de la playa.
• El mismo día del evento recibirás un correo con la información esencial. Una guía clara para que tu llegada sea sencilla y disfrutes la experiencia desde el primer instante.
• Apertura de puertas: 6:00 p.m. La última hora de ingreso al evento es a las 10:30 p.m. Si llegas después de este horario, no tendrás acceso al evento y no habrá reembolso por el importe pagado.
• Será necesario presentar una identificación oficial vigente. El acceso solo será válido si el nombre en la identificación coincide con el del boleto.
• El acceso está reservado para mayores de 18 años, en una experiencia diseñada para adultos que buscan disfrutar de la música y el entorno con plena libertad.
• Las entradas son personales e intransferibles. Únicamente la persona cuyo nombre aparece en el boleto podrá hacer uso de él para ingresar al evento.
• Queremos que cada experiencia tenga valor y significado. Todas las compras son finales y no se realizarán reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia, incluyendo si decides no asistir o si la experiencia no cumple con tus expectativas personales.
• Los precios de los boletos se muestran en pesos mexicanos (MXN). Cualquier cargo adicional por comisión bancaria o método de pago será responsabilidad del comprador.
• Si aplica, cada Tier contará con un número limitado de boletos. Una vez agotada la disponibilidad en un nivel, el precio se ajustará automáticamente al siguiente.
• Sugerimos llevar una bolsa para guardar tus zapatos y ropa de abrigo, de modo que puedas moverte con libertad y mantener tus pertenencias seguras durante el evento.
• El horario del evento está sujeto a modificaciones sin previo aviso. Te recomendamos mantenerte atento a las actualizaciones oficiales para asegurar tu llegada en el momento indicado.
• Arena no se hace responsable por objetos olvidados o extraviados durante el evento. Te invitamos a mantener tus pertenencias bajo resguardo en todo momento.
• En el acceso se realizará una revisión de bolsas y un control de seguridad personal con el fin de garantizar un evento seguro para todos los asistentes. Está estrictamente prohibido el ingreso con armas de cualquier tipo, incluyendo objetos punzocortantes, gas pimienta y artículos similares.
• No está permitido ingresar con bebidas o alimentos externos al evento. La experiencia incluye una barra especialmente diseñada para atender a todos los asistentes.
• El consumo dentro de la barra no está incluido dentro del costo de boleto.
• No se permite el ingreso de mascotas al evento.
• No se permitirá el acceso a personas que presenten un estado alterado por consumo de alcohol u otras sustancias. En caso de detectarse durante el evento, se les solicitará abandonar las instalaciones para preservar el bienestar colectivo.
• Queda prohibida la venta de artículos o servicios que no hayan sido previamente autorizados por la organización. Esta medida garantiza el orden y la coherencia de la experiencia.
• El incumplimiento de estas disposiciones restringirá el acceso al evento y no dará lugar a reembolsos.
