• El día del evento recibirás un correo con los detalles esenciales. Una guía clara para asegurar que tu llegada sea fluida y que el disfrute comience desde el primer momento.
• Las puertas abren a las 7:00 p.m.
• La hora de cierre del evento es estimada y puede modificarse conforme avanza la noche. Los horarios pueden ajustarse según el flujo del programa, los artistas o necesidades operativas. Cualquier cambio será comunicado con claridad para mantener la experiencia alineada y armoniosa.
• Los boletos son personales e intransferibles. Solo la persona cuyo nombre figure en el boleto podrá ingresar al evento.
• Será necesario presentar una identificación oficial vigente. El acceso se otorgará únicamente si el nombre en la identificación coincide con el del boleto.
• Si necesitas adquirir varios boletos y aún no cuentas con los nombres de todos los asistentes, puedes ingresar tu propio nombre en cada boleto. Tus acompañantes deberán llegar contigo a la entrada, y se te solicitará presentar tu identificación para validar todos los accesos. El ingreso solo podrá otorgarse bajo estas condiciones. • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your tickets. Please check your inbox and spam folder. We recommend saving the code on your device or taking a screenshot so your entry flows as seamlessly as a wave reaching the shore.
• On the day of the event, you will receive an email with essential details. A clear guide to ensure your arrival is smooth and your enjoyment begins from the very first moment.
• Doors open at 7:00 p.m.
• The event’s ending time is an estimate and may shift as the night unfolds. Schedules can adjust with the flow of the program, the artists, or operational needs. Any change will be guided with clarity to keep the experience aligned and smooth.
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Only the individual whose name appears on the ticket will be allowed entry to the event.
• A valid government-issued ID will be required. Entry will only be granted if the name on the ID matches the ticket
• If you need to purchase multiple tickets but do not yet have the names of all guests, you may enter your own name on each ticket. Your companions must arrive with you at the entrance, and you will be asked to present your ID to validate all entries. Access can only be granted under these conditions. • Entry is reserved for guests aged 21 and over, an experience designed for adults to enjoy music and setting with full freedom.

• Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event. The experience features a bar curated to serve all guests. 
• Consumption at the bar is not included in the ticket price.
• Pets are not allowed at the event. 
• Access will not be granted to individuals appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. If detected during the event, they will be asked to leave the premises to safeguard the collective well-being.
• The sale of items or services not previously authorized by the organization is strictly prohibited. This ensures order and coherence throughout the experience.
• Failure to comply with these provisions will result in denied entry to the event and will not entitle the attendee to a refund.
• Each purchase is considered final, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
