  • The ticket is personal and non-transferable. / La entrada es personal e intransferible.

  • Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your tickets. Please check your inbox and spam folder. We recommend saving the code on your device or taking a screenshot so your entry flows as seamlessly as a wave reaching the shore.
  • On the day of the event, you will receive an email with essential details. A clear guide to ensure your arrival is smooth and your enjoyment begins from the very first moment.
  • Doors open at 11:11 a.m.
  • The event’s ending time is an estimate and may shift as the night unfolds. Schedules can adjust with the flow of the program, the artists, or operational needs. Any change will be communicated with clarity to keep the experience aligned and smooth.
  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Only the individual whose name appears on the ticket will be allowed entry to the event.
  • A valid government-issued ID will be required for adults. Entry will only be granted if the name on the ID matches the ticket.
  • If you need to purchase multiple tickets but do not yet have the names of all guests, you may enter your own name on each ticket. Your companions must arrive with you at the entrance, and you will be asked to present your ID to validate all entries. Access can only be granted under these conditions. If later you obtain your companions’ information, you can update the details by writing to info@ikalarena.com Our team will assist you to ensure every entry flows as smoothly as the tide.
  • Entry is permitted for adults and for minors.
  • The Kids Ticket is valid for children from 0 to 12 years of age. Ages 13 and above are required to purchase a regular ticket.
  • A valid age verification document must be presented at entry for minors. Accepted documents include CURP or birth certificate (physical or digital copy).
  • All minors must be accompanied at all times by a parent or a responsible adult. Minors may not enter the venue or any area of the event unaccompanied.
  • The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety, behavior, and well-being throughout the event.
  • Please note that the event may include amplified sound, lighting effects, crowds, and high-energy moments. Guardians are responsible for assessing whether this environment is appropriate for the minor in their care.
  • Certain areas of the venue — including bar service zones or designated adults-only sections — may be restricted to minors for safety and regulatory reasons.
  • Arena reserves the right to deny access or request removal of a minor if safety guidelines are not followed or if the environment is deemed unsuitable at any point during the event. No refunds will apply in such cases.
  • Guests must remove their shoes upon entry as part of the Boogie & Brunch experience.
  • A chai welcome ritual may be offered as part of the event flow; participation is optional.
  • Portions of the event include seated or meditative activities; guests should be comfortable transitioning between movement and stillness.
  • The event emphasizes sustainability — guests are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. No plastic will be provided.
  • Photography and video should be respectful; no flash is permitted to maintain the ambiance.
  • Boogie & Brunch integrates mindful practices — guests agree to participate with openness and care for the communal atmosphere.
  • We want every experience to carry meaning and value. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including if you choose not to attend or if the experience does not meet your personal expectations.
  • Ticket prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN). Any additional charges related to banking fees or payment methods will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If applicable, each Tier will have a limited number of tickets. Once availability in one level is sold out, the price will automatically increase to the next tier.
  • We suggest bringing a small bag to store your shoes and warm clothing, allowing you to move freely while keeping your belongings safe throughout the event.
  • The event schedule is subject to change without prior notice. We encourage you to stay informed through official updates to ensure timely arrival.
  • Arena is not responsible for lost or misplaced items during the event. Please keep your belongings secure at all times.
  • At the entrance, bag checks and personal security screenings will be conducted to ensure a safe event for all attendees. The entry of weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited, including sharp objects, pepper spray, and similar items.
  • There are no re-entries to the event or designated areas. The Arena experience is designed as a continuous journey — a flow that begins the moment you arrive and unfolds from start to finish, without interruption.
  • Outside food or beverages are not allowed at the event. The experience features a curated bar to serve all guests.
  • Bar consumption is not included in the ticket price unless the selected ticket category clearly states its inclusion.
  • Pets are not allowed at the event.
  • Access will not be granted to individuals appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. If detected during the event, they will be asked to leave the premises to safeguard the collective well-being.
  • The sale of items or services not previously authorized by the organization is strictly prohibited. This ensures order and coherence throughout the experience.
  • Failure to comply with these provisions will result in denied entry to the event and will not entitle the attendee to a refund.
  • Each purchase is considered final, and no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This includes changes of plans, delays, personal situations, weather shifts, or any external factors that may affect your attendance. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the experience begins the moment you join the tide and that the ticket remains non-refundable even if you are unable to attend.
