Do you enjoy the beauty of Ohara School arrangements and wish to know more about the school? Are you new to ikebana and exploring the schools available to study? This is your opportunity to learn more about Ohara from a 1st Term Master.

The workshops will start with a lecture. Participants will watch Jose does an arrangement, then they will do their arrangements at their workstations. Each arrangement is individually critiqued by Jose.

The morning session will start at 9:30 AM. This workshop will do a Hana Isho-Rising Form. 

The afternoon session will start at 1:00 PM. This workshop will do moribana with two materials. (Specific moribana to be determined after we decide on materials.) The goal is to finish the afternoon workshop by 3:30 PM.

Tickets are for sale at $45 per session. Individuals can sign up for either session or for both sessions. The limit is 25 attendees per session.

Floral materials will be provided. Attendees need to bring to the session a container and their own tools (e.g.,  kenzans, scissors, a towel, etc.)

Lunch will be at noon, although it may start earlier depending on the number of participants. Lunch is done by passing out box lunches from  Balducci (a sandwich*, a side salad*, chips and a cookie.)  Anyone can order lunch for $20.  They can also decide to bring their own lunch.
