Originally from Paris, Texas, Johnell Huebner graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Marketing and is currently the Owner of Clearly Classy Events based in Austin, Texas. Clearly Classy Events is an award-winning event planning company with accolades such as the Texas Star Awards for Best Wedding and Best Team Effort and two International Esprit Awards for Best Social Event and Best Team Effort. She began planning events at a very early age for fun and started to make a career out of it shortly after graduating college. Her resume of events is far reaching including weddings, corporate events, golf tournaments, galas, reunions, pageants, street festivals, and many more. She was named one of “San Marcos’ Shining Stars Under 40”, she was a finalist in the Austin Business Journal “Women of Influence- Profiles in Power” and was named the “Volunteer of the Year” by the Kyle Area Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Leadership Texas and Leadership San Marcos and is very involved with many community and industry activities and was a Past Chapter President for the International Live Events Association Austin Chapter. She is the mother of two children Madeline and Ashton. When she isn’t planning events, you can bet she is on a plane traveling to some far-off destination on a mission to see the world.

PARKING

Parking is available in the garage underneath Questrom School of Business located at 595 Commonwealth Avenue. Please note that if the garage is full, you will need to park in the Warren Towers Garage located at 700 Commonwealth Avenue, a five-minute walk to Questrom. Parking is $12 per car and can be paid via credit or debit card at the gate – cash is not accepted. Limited metered street parking is available on Commonwealth Avenue and surrounding side streets. Questrom is also easily accessible via MBTA.

WHERE DO I GO?

• This event will take place in the Metcalf Trustee Center Ballroom on the 9^thfloor.
• If you parked in the Questrom garage, take the WEST elevators to the 9^thfloor and follow signs for ILEA Boston.
• If you enter the building via the main entrance on Commonwealth Avenue, follow the hallway adjacent to the Auditorium to the elevator bank take the WEST elevators to the 9^th floor and follow signs for ILEA Boston.
• Please note the ballroom is not accessible via the east elevators.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Face coverings are optional at this event. If for any reason you do not feel well, we ask that you please do not attend the event. All attendees must complete the Questrom Visitor Symptom Attestation Form prior to arrival. You will be issued a Green Badge to display at check-in. Any BU student attending this event should show their green badge from Healthway.

CASH BAR

This event will feature a cash bar. Please note the bar is unable to accept credit or debit cards. You may purchase drink tickets at check-in if you do not have cash. Please note that students, regardless of age, may not purchase any alcoholic beverages at this event.
