Join us this December for a magical festive dining experience inside one of Ilkley's oldest buildings! Once again, this medieval manor house will be transformed for a unique Christmas celebration, in collaboration with our catering partners, Good Food Story.

The available dates are Friday, 13 December or Friday, 20 December. Please arrive at Ilkley Manor House from 6:30pm - guests will be seated by 7pm. Ilkley Manor House will close at 10pm.

To book, please click the blue box on the right. You may also book in person at Ilkley Manor House when we open on the weekends, from 11am to 4pm.

We have a limited number of tables for 2-3 available, along with space for larger group bookings of 4+ guests.

Cost:
£75 per person
Full payment is due upon booking.

Menu:
Festive Fine Dining Experience - this will celebrate local suppliers with the freshest of seasonal ingredients.
We will contact you three weeks before your booking to take your and your guests' menu choices.

Drinks:
We will contact you three weeks before your booking to take your wine and beer choices. In addition, a range of fine wines, beers, ales, and soft drinks will be available for purchase on the evening.

Dietary Requirements and Food Allergies:
We will contact you three weeks before your booking so that you can disclose any dietary requirements and food allergies. Please give as much information as possible about each of your guests.

Parking:
We regret that there is no parking available at Ilkley Manor House or in Castle Yard. There is free on-street parking available on New Brook Street, heading down towards the River Wharfe and over the bridge, which is just a short walk from the House. It is possible to drive up Castle Hill into Castle Yard to drop off guests, but please be aware turning room is extremely limited, so avoid this if possible.

Access:
The evening will take place upstairs in Ilkley Manor House. There are 18 steps to the first floor, which means access is unfortunately not possible for those completely confined to a wheelchair. There is a handrail on both sides of the staircase to the first floor, and staff will be happy to provide assistance with climbing the steps.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with MORE than 25 days' notice may receive a full refund of all payments made.

Cancellations with FEWER than 25 days but with MORE than ten days' notice will receive a full refund of all payments made, less a £25 admin fee per person.

Cancellations with FEWER than ten days' notice will incur the full charge (no payments will be refunded).
