Join us for a truly special creative escape — a relaxed, inspiring day immersed in nature, art, and fresh air.

When: Wednesday 15th July

Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm

✨ What to expect

We’ll begin our day at the beautiful Mount Pleasant Sculpture Park, where you’ll have time to gently wander the grounds, take in the incredible sculptures, and gather inspiration from the surroundings.

Bring your phone or sketchbook — we’ll encourage you to take photos, notice details, and connect with what catches your eye.

Midway through, we’ll pause for a relaxed bring-your-own picnic, soaking up the atmosphere and giving yourself a moment to slow down.

Afterwards, we’ll settle in with our travel easels and materials, and you’ll create your own painting inspired by the day — whether that’s the landscape, a sculpture, textures, or colours that stood out to you.

Becki and Lucy will be there throughout, offering gentle guidance, ideas, and support — helping you bring your vision to life in your own way.

🎨 Do I need to know how to paint?

Not at all.

We believe everyone is an artist — this day is about exploring, enjoying, and creating without pressure. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, you’ll be fully supported.

• Your own lunch/picnic
• Comfortable shoes for walking
• A sense of curiosity

We’ll provide all painting materials, easels, and everything you need to create.

☔ Weather plan

If the weather isn’t on our side, we’ll simply relocate to our cosy studio just down the road — so the creativity can continue whatever the forecast.

This is more than a workshop — it’s a chance to slow down, reconnect, and create something meaningful in a beautiful setting.

Other Important Info

Clothing: Paint can stain, so please wear something you’re happy to get a little creative in.

Photography: By attending, you grant The Imaginators permission to use event photos for promotional purposes across social media, print, and our website.
Prefer not to be photographed? Just let us know on arrival and we’ll make sure you’re not included.

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, but if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, we’re happy to issue a voucher for a future event.

Suitable Age: Our sessions aren’t typically designed for young children due to materials and instruction level. However, if you feel your child would enjoy the experience, we’d love to welcome you both — just ensure they have their own ticket and are accompanied by a paying adult.
