Fiona has worked in a corporate environment for over 20 years, in both the UK and Ireland, working for a range of multinationals.

Fiona holds an MSc in Digital Innovation from The Smurfit School of Business at UCD. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience and Diplomas in ICT Teacher Training and Project Management.

Fiona became a Microsoft Master Instructor in 2008 and set up her own IT Training and Coaching business in 2019, specialising in PowerPoint and presenting with Zoom and MS Teams.

She blends her corporate experience with her IT Training to provide a unique training experience.

Fiona is a frequent podcast guest and speaker, appearing on shows such as AIBF Business Talk show, Pascal Fintoni's The Content Marketing Studio podcast, Christoff Trap's The Business Story Telling Podcast, The Corporate to Calm podcast and The Monday Morning Marketing podcast. Fiona has spoken at The PA Show in London, as a guest speaker for The Irish SME Association, The Chairman's Network and Simon Haigh's Optimising Your Growth Journey program, and guest lecturer at University College Dublin and University College Cork.
