Our day is based in a stunning, light-filled indoor studio, beautifully complemented by moments in a tranquil garden.

Together, we will learn practical and simple tools to align your energy and engage with the unseen world. 

Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your healing practice, this day offers a safe, grounded, and magical space to explore your intuitive gifts.

What You Will Experience

Nature Attunement in the garden 

 Slow down your nervous system, quieten your mind and open your senses, learn how to perceive and communicate with the subtle energies and attune to the essence of the the garden.

Energy Care & Crystal Cleansing

 Learn the foundational rules of spiritual hygiene. Relaxing in the studio overlooking the garden, you will discover how to protect and look after your own energy field, as well as how to clear, cleanse, and charge crystals using natural elements.

Intuitive Dowsing

Master the art of using a pendulum. You will learn how to ask clear questions with a view to clearing and balancing the main energy centers using a chakra set of crystals.

Chakra balancing

  You will discover how to select and program crystals to balance your body's seven main energy centres for alignment.

What to bring: A packed lunch, a water bottle, a notebook and pen, and weather-appropriate clothing for the outdoor garden session. Bring any crystals of your own that would like to come along.
