Tickets will be available at the door, first come first served.

We are now offering an ALL-INCLUSIVE WEEK PASS for all Mission + Vision Immersion Events for $50.

- Priority Entrance (move to the front of the door queue)

- Arrive on time or within 15 minutes of the beginning of each session. All events are limited capacity, however, we will prioritize pass holders. 

- After 15 minutes priority entrance window, space is first come first serve. Refunds will not be administered for late arrival, or over capacity.

- Limited amount of passes available.

- These passes are non-refundable (even if events are canceled) and non-transferable (not to be shared between people), ID will be required.

- NO DISCOUNT ON PASSES even when individual event tickets are already purchased. Individual event tickets can be applied to later events or transferred to another person

- If purchasing for more than one person, it is important to put in the correct name of the recipient of each ticket.

- With this pass, you will be able to attend any and all Mission + Vision Immersion daily events

• Due to climate changes, we ask to re-confirm locations in Front Desk or Restaurant Area. In the case that we cancel due to weather conditions, we will re-issue a refund.

• Do not take photographs or video inside the HOTEL, to protect the privacy of the guests.
  
• In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and the Government of the State of Quintana Roo, considering the health emergency caused by COVID-19, it is mandatory to use a face mask and / or mask, antibacterial gel and keep a healthy distance, at all times, when entering and staying in the HOTEL’S facilities.
  
• Any person that does not comply with these recommendations, will not be allowed to access the facilities or will be asked to leave
• There are no refunds in the case that you do not comply with Privacy and/or COVID-19 protocols
