Minimum attendance is required for every event, in case of not completing it, the event will be canceled. If this happens, a voucher for another Immersion event will be given or a refund will proceed.

All cell phones must be left at the entrance of the event. In case you don't want to leave your phone, REFUNDS will not proceed.

PRIVACY & HEALTH PROTOCOLS

Do not take photographs or video inside the HOTEL, to protect the privacy of the guests.

In accordance with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and the Government of the State of Quintana Roo, considering the health emergency caused by COVID-19, it is mandatory to use a face mask and/or mask, antibacterial gel and keep a healthy distance, at all times, when entering and staying in the HOTEL’S facilities.

In case you don't wear a mask or have fever, access will be denied and refunds will not proceed.

Any person that does not comply with these recommendations, will not be allowed to access the facilities or will be asked to leave

There are no refunds in the case that you do not comply with Privacy and/or COVID-19 protocols
