OIF 2025: Battle of the Neighbourhoods

Are you proud of your corner of town? Come cheer on your local titans of improv as they take on a Wrestlemania-style Battle of the Neighbourhoods!

Five groups of Ottawa's finest improvisers, representing five corners of the city, will present their best improv for glory and bragging rights!

This festival opening night will be kicked off with a high-energy performance from the Improv Embassy, Ottawa’s only school dedicated to improv comedy.

Doors open at 6:30 pm: Come grab a drink before the show!

There will be an intermission around 8:15 pm: The bar will be open.

What is OIF?

The Ottawa Improv Festival or OIF is an annual improvised comedy festival that features hilarious and talented local, national and international performers. The vision of the festival is to inspire the Ottawa community to expand and grow the art of improv by offering awe-inspiring shows, world-class workshops and collaborative networking spaces.

OIF is produced by The Improv Embassy, Ottawa’s school dedicated to improv comedy.
