This workshop consists of 2 sessions - Tuesday 2nd March 10:00am-1:00pm & Wednesday 3rd September 10:00am-1:00pm

These sessions are designed for Childrens & Adults services Practitioners and will focus on:

• The principles of transitional safeguarding, deprivation of liberty and the MCA
• Application of the MCA in practice
• Identifying and responding to any potential deprivation of liberty
• Case-based discussions and practical scenarios
• Multi-agency working considerations
