Free regional EHCP moderation session with Invision360
Activity: Invision360 will deliver a remote moderation session involving local authorities in the region that have expressed interest. Invision360 will plan and deliver this session. Participants will be distributed into small groups, ensuring a mix of different LAs to collectively audit an EHCP. Multiple groups will audit the same EHCP, allowing for a demonstration of the levels of consistency in how the groups audit / grade both individual sections and the EHCP as a whole.
Outcome: There will be clear insight into how much there a ‘shared understanding’ of what a good / strong EHCP looks like. Consistencies and inconsistencies identified.
