Join us for the Essex East Eastern Region Co-Production Project Workshops – Building a shared approach to co-production
Consisting of 4 workshops in total, this booking ensures your place for all 4 workshops in the series.
Starting on 30th November 2026 10:30am-12:00pm with Workshop One:
Where lived-experience partners and system leaders will come together to shape a shared foundation for co-production. Your voice, experience and ideas will help set the direction and ambition for Workshop Two. We’d be delighted to have you with us.
Then join us for Workshop Two on 16th December 2026 10:30am-12:00pm:
Where we will build on the shared experiences and discussions from Workshop One to explore what meaningful co-production looks like in practice. Together, we will consider how to involve all stakeholders, invest in trusted relationships, set clear expectations, and identify what enables—or prevents—meaningful involvement. We will also explore how children, young people and the wider community can be included, heard and valued throughout.
Followed by Workshop Three on 27th January 2027 10:30am-12:00pm:
Where we will turn our shared learning into a practical approach to co-production. Together, we will agree on the best way to embed co-production across SEND workstreams, set clear minimum expectations, and identify the resources needed to make this possible. We will recognise the importance of local flexibility while building a shared language, common beliefs and collective influence.
Complete the series with Workshop Four on 22nd February 2026 9:30am-11:30am:
To refine and agree on a meaningful implementation plan. Establish a clear way to value lived experience, with a practical way to embed it locally, while setting regional standards that are achievable and enable changes that improve services, community experience, and knowledge. Genuine support with shared ownership. Success is not simply attendance; it is taking the evidence and influencing meaningful change
