Thursday, Sept 24, 2026 - Mid-Afternoon Welcome Event + Evening Kickoff Lecture

We'll start with a Member Welcome Event to meet and greet with your fellow attendees and IncDev faculty. Then join us and the Memphis real estate ecosystem for a public lecture to learn more about the incremental development universe,

Friday, Sept 25, 2026 - Neighborhood walking tours to celebrate the unique, small scale development projects happening in the region with local meals and refreshments throughout the day.

Saturday, Sept 26, 2025 - More walking tours. We'll end the tour with a full group reflection gathering.

Notes:
-Ticket includes access to walking tours, transportation in between town tours, and select group refreshments.
-Ticket does not include airfare, travel to and from airport, hotel or most meals.
