A SANTA EXPERIENCE WITH ELF ACADEMY, WALK-THROUGH, MINI-GOLF AND FAMILY VISIT WITH SANTA

It is with great regret  that we have made the difficult decision to cancel our upcoming Santa Experience in December this year. Unfortunately we have had some unexpected staffing shortages on top of cancellations and availability issues with Actors. Please be assured that if you have already booked you will receive a full refund including your booking fee. You will have received an email to this effect.  

We had hoped to hold off longer and try and resolve these issues but felt it would be unfair to our guests to leave it too late  to book an alternative attraction. Thank you for your understanding on this matter and we apologise again for any disappointment.
