SoulFire Gathering presents Breath, Sound & Surrender under the Oaks at The Charmadillo

Join us for an evening of guided breath work, sound & spacious integration led by Emily Valdez & Eden Carter. Emily will guide us through a somatic breath work experience designed to support release & bring us more deeply into the body. From there, Eden will carry us into a restorative sound bath, followed by guided integration, meditation & space for sharing & connection. 

Afterward, you’re invited to linger with an optional sauna & pool dip to close the evening. So if you plan to join, be sure to bring a swimsuit & a towel.

Be sure to dress comfortable. We will have mats & blankets. However, feel free to bring your own comfort items. Ex: water bottle, special pillow, etc…
