Shortly after, we'll honor Mr. Grant Phillips, who earned the distinction of being named "Outstanding Eagle Scout" by the National Eagle Scout Association, Boy Scouts of America!  He will receive a medal and special recognition.

Support Mr. Grant Phillips and the Indian Waters Council's home base, the Capital Rivers District!  All funds raised support Scouting in Richland County!!
