Purpose: To present the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award to The Honorable Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. at an evening reception.

Background: The Distinguished Eagle Scout Award recognizes Eagle Scouts who achieve extraordinary national-level recognition within their profession and service to the nation, and who have a strong record of voluntary service to their community. This honor is bestowed by the National Eagle Scout Association and Judge Anderson is one of only 16 to receive it in 2026.
