Indie Night Atlanta Private Screening: After the Rain * Ovulation Day * Full Feature-Montmarte

Join the 8th Annual Morehouse College Human Rights Film Festival for a special Closing Night celebration, hosted by MCHRFF and presented by Indie Night Film Festival, featuring independent films and visionary storytellers.

The evening will include a special presentation of the Alumni Spotlight Award to Indie Night Film Festival founder, entrepreneur, and Morehouse College alumnus Dave Brown ’92. The son of Morehouse alumnus Rev. Dr. Amos C. Brown ’64 of San Francisco, Dave will be recognized for his contributions to independent cinema and his longstanding commitment to creating opportunities and platforms for emerging filmmakers and storytellers.

Closing Night will showcase a collection of short films curated by Indie Night Film Festival,  After the Rain  Written & Directed by Tecoya Harris and Ovulation Day  Written and Directed by MQ Powell.  They will screen alongside the feature film of the evening Montmartre, starring Jesse Williams, Ito Aghayere, and Deborah Lukumuena. This compelling independent feature explores identity, ambition, and the pursuit of purpose. As the culmination of five days of powerful films, engaging conversations, and memorable experiences, Closing Night celebrates the creativity, vision, and impact of independent storytelling.
