What Would It Mean To Inhabit a Beautiful Way of Life? | Café Conversation No. 5

During last week's gathering there was a shared and resonant sense that "something" is "on the move" and which is cropping up in a variety of circles. Suddenly, we felt, there is an accelerating awakening to a more Natural Way of Life. A Newness. An Aliveness. There is even a feeling that it could all come about very quickly. That "it" is happening.

It would seem that a great many more people are now prepared to look at things differently.

It feels like the pace is quickening, and that it might not be a laborious thing to live into, that it might feel very much like a thing "naturally occurring". It could be, of all things ... Fun.

The Beautiful Way of Life that beckons might be Bioregional, Indie-Wise, Artisanal, and Life-Affirming. It might be given to cultivating each person's potentiality. It might mean organizing our world anew with far less emphasis on corporations and nations. It might mean toning down our attention to the digi-verse and growing downward.

It might mean trusting Your Self again in new and more deeply powerful ways.

If Life Itself is on the move, maybe we will see the widespread predilection for doomsday stories displaced by a sense of possibility instead. Maybe we will feel the lifting of the life-draining senses of fear, shame, guilt, self-doubt, and failure.

It might mean, instead, a Way of Life filled with creativity, connection, aliveness, and care.

So that's the question for our Café Conversation No. 5: What Would It Mean to Inhabit a Beautiful Way of Life? What steps beckon to you in that direction?

We'd love to see you,

Your Commitments

Remember, each gathering is highly participatory. It's important to start together. So, if you choose to join is we ask that you arrive in time for the beginning of each session you sign up for. It is far better to leave early than arrive late.

These gatherings feature small and whole group dialogue. We ask that you come prepared to share what is alive for you and be open to learning from others.

Unless you already have by some other means or channel, we ask that when you are ready to do so that you make a financial gift in an amount of your choosing, no matter how small, to support the curation, convening, design, and hosting that make these events possible. This cultivates a sense of shared ownership, commitment, and reciprocity.

Dialogue guidance will be offered at the beginning of each session.

Consider reading, The Path of Relational Presencing for more information about the dialogue experience.

A Special Note About AI Companions
For these events we ask that your AI companions are charged with the responsibility of remaining outside to "keep the car running". We'd like for people inside to feel free to speak their minds and from their hearts without our having to ask for, and contend with questions of, consent. We'd like to simply Be More Human in these spaces.
