At an Art E Motion session, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are also on a quest for personal growth and self-discovery.

In this full day event, which includes lunch , we will be working through the chakra system using paint to help release any trapped emotions and by the end of the day you will have a beautiful painting to take home and frame as a reminder of your own personal journey.

Art E Motion is a combination of Creative Art, Mindfulnes and Energy Healing and is based around the belief that to find true peace, joy and wellness we do not have to add more, learn more or be more. We are enough just as we are and the realisation of that comes from letting go of what the outside world said we should be.

This is a particularly effective form of blocked energy release for both adults and children who find it difficult to talk about their feelings. Art let's you express without the need for words.
