Our Chef, my big brother, absolutely loves Chinese and Japanese cuisine. You know when a chef loves a food so much, they study it and get obsessed with making it as tasty as possible. Chef Michalis has written a Ramen menu that everyone has been giving rave reviews so far …

...So we are trying something a little different at Indigo. Lit by lamps, with beer from local brewer Glen Affric or a glass of wine, these noodle bowls and dumpling plates fill you up for dinner amongst the comfy cushions and fairy lights at our caf.
