The Indigo Clothes Swap is our way of saying f*ck fast fashion! ♻️

By bringing in clothes you used to love, your old favourite jumper that doesn’t fit right, your leather jacket from *that* phase of your life, and swapping it for something that suits you more now, you’re helping stop the chain of clothes being made and worn only on average 7 times before going to landfill!

This event is Free Entry. Each person tends to take 20-30mins looking around the Swap, which means the clothes rails are always refreshing - so arrive at any point between 1 - 4pm and there will be clothes waiting for you! 

Whilst it is kind to bring in bags of clothes just  to donate - we encourage you to stay and look around, and perhaps swap ... meaning you too join the circular economy we are trying to create!

Indigo Cafe will be serving its delicious Full English Breakfast & Lunch menu until 3pm. Why not pop into the clothes bonanza upstairs and then stay behind for lunch?!

Items that are leftover from the event will be taken to a charity shop in Birkenhead or given directly to a local charity.

RULES:
• Please make sure that your items you bring to swap are in a condition that you would be happy to receive them in
- Please bring no more than one large bag of clothes each.
- No donations will be accepted before 1pm on Saturday 26th - Indigo simply doesn't have the space to put them anywhere!
• Pierced jewellery, nightwear, swimwear and underwear including socks will not be accepted
• Items must be in a good condition, something that has shrunk, is stained or needs repairing beyond being usable, will not be accepted.

Rock Ferry Station is 2 minutes walk, carpark situated at rear of venue

This event is on the first floor and is only accessible via a set of stairs.
