Yin Yoga

Thursdays at 5-6pm

Take a mid-week opportunity to relax, unwind and stretch out the week in our Studio with an hour of Yoga. 

Suitable for EVERYONE - from the seasoned Yogi to the absolute beginner. 

Mats are available, so all you need to bring is yourself. 

Suggested Donation is £5, pay on arrival at the class.

This event is on the first floor and is only accessible via a set of stairs.
