Malcolm Palmer - Founding Partner, A4G LLP (Chartered Accountants)

Malcolm brings over 30 years of experience as Founding Partner at A4G, where he has overseen consistent growth while helping owner-managed businesses become stronger, more valuable and less dependent on their founders.
He leads A4G Freedom, a programme designed to help business owners create more scalable, system-led businesses that are easier to run and ultimately easier to sell. Malcolm has also successfully transitioned A4G itself to operate independently of him, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges his clients face.
Alongside his advisory work, he has written two books: Making Your Business Less Dependent on you and Accidental Millionaires – the secret mindset successful business owners share with sporting legends. He specialises in strategic planning, succession, and exit and estate planning, working closely with business owners to unlock growth and build long-term value.

A globally minded, resilient, and values-driven business leader, Xuan Meng founded Cosy Hauz Group under personal adversity, growing it into a £30 million in active development and £70 million-pipeline real estate enterprise with 60% annual growth amidst extraordinary market challenges.
She led a team of 75 across the UK, China, and the Philippines, pioneering a socially impactful, female-inclusive company culture. Her vision is to scale Cosy Hauz into a global platform with innovation, purpose, and inclusive leadership — inspiring other women to redefine what leadership looks like in male-dominated industries.

Janet Mukiibi - Founder, Jan Solicitors

Janet Mukiibi has over 25 years in the legal industry. She is the Founder and Managing Partner of Jan Solicitors, specialising in Commercial Litigation, Landlord and Tenant, and Corporate Immigration law. She advises businesses and individuals on complex disputes, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk management.
Janet has completed Executive Education in Organisational Leadership at Harvard Business School and is a Member of the Institute of Directors. She also serves as Vice Chair of Buganda UK’s board of trustees, a charity registered in the UK, where she supports governance and compliance.
Lauretta Wright - Founder, Luna Creative Media

Lauretta is the Publisher of Life In…Magazines, producing three much-loved community magazines across the Bromley borough, and the founder of Luna Creative Media, where she helps businesses grow through AI-powered marketing – blending traditional print with smart digital strategy and content.
She is also the creator of the Above and Beyond Bromley Business Awards (The ABBBAs), the largest business event of its kind in Bromley, celebrating individuals and businesses that go the extra mile.
An Ambassador for Startup Bromley and a committee member of the Beckenham Business Association, Lauretta is a passionate advocate for community, collaboration and supporting local.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and gives back as a volunteer with initiatives including The Bereavement Café and Air Search.
Nisha Singh - Founder, Ywork.ai

Nisha Singh is the Co-Founder of Ywork.ai, where she and her brother Nishant Singh are building AI agents to automate takeoffs, streamline bidding, and eliminate the bidding and procurement inefficiencies that slow down construction projects. Ywork is backed by seasoned international VCs and institutional investors.
Prior to founding Ywork.ai, Nisha built a career that bridges engineering and finance. She began in radar systems design before being headhunted by Barclays in London. Alongside her corporate career, she has been a successful serial entrepreneur.
Anjusha Chaughule - Founder Chaughule Global Inc

Anjusha is the founder of Chaughule Global Inc. (CGI), a UK-based global trade business she has built from the ground up, focused on connecting Indian heritage brands with international markets.
Her recent work includes partnering with the 75-year-old Maharashtrian institution Chitale Bandhu to bring them onto the global stage at IFE London and Gulfood 2026 in Dubai.
Her entrepreneurial spirit is deeply rooted in social change. As a national self- defence trainer and women's rights advocate, she has led major campaigns across India, working with schools, the armed forces, and public institutions to empower over a million women and girls.
Amar Abid-Ali - CEO, Novomorphic

Amar Abid-Ali is the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding architects of Novomorphic, a system-first semiconductor design startup based in Cardiff, powered by partnerships with Cadence, CSA Catapult, and the Welsh Government.
Born from the idea that the future of semiconductors lies in system thinking, Novomorphic is building the UK’s next-generation design capability across advanced digital, mixed-signal, and compound semiconductor domains. Under Amar’s leadership, the company is scaling fast, bridging world-class design tools with real-world commercial impact for clients across the UK and abroad.

Andy Coley

Andy Coley is a, award-winning leadership development trainer, speaker and author of Leadership is a Skill. He helps leaders build skills that make teams work better together, using a practical, engaging and people-focused approach shaped by experience across tech, computer games, web development and corporate environments including IBM and Goldman Sachs.
Andy works with organisations to strengthen communication, confidence, team relationships and everyday leadership capability. Known for making leadership development accessible, relevant and immediately useful, he brings warmth, energy and real-world insight to every event. As the MC for the BIPN Corporate Networking Gala, Andy will help guide the evening, creating a fun, professional, welcoming and memorable event.
Sophie Kirkham

Sophie Kirkham is a trainer and experienced birth coach who helps people create calm, confident change through thoughtful support, coaching and communication. Her background includes coaching and change management with extensive experience empowering women and families through pregnancy and birth. She has also worked within organisations including 20th Century Fox, bringing valuable experience of professional environments alongside her people-centred work.
She has trained thousands of couples in calm birthing techniques and worked as a doula at dozens of births across South East London, Kent and Sussex. Her current coaching and training work helps people feel informed, empowered and supported. At the BIPN Corporate Networking Gala, Sophie will host the Women in Business and Female Power panel, bringing empathy, curiosity and calm authority to a conversation centred on leadership, resilience and women’s experiences in business.
