We'll be celebrating the best of Autumn's seasonal supplies, sounds and smells thorough five courses of delectable edible and audible treats. This unforgettable evening will cross creative boundaries through the close collaboration between chefs and contemporary musicians.
Leave your Sunday roast until the next week and feast your eyes and ears on our creations on the 19th November 2023 at Equivalent Behaviour from 4pm.
Forgotten Sense will be an evening to revive the lost sonic experiences of eating!
Your ticket includes five delicious courses crafted by sensational chef duo, The Curve Concept, using local and seasonal produce. This bounty of autumnal delights will be paired with handmade complimentary citrus or berry sparkling cordials on arrival. If you fancy a little tipple, select our alcoholic add-on to taste our spiced blackberry vodka spritz and to enjoy a carafe of natural Italian wine.
The dining experience will be set in the context of an unmissable sonic journey. Each of our five delicious courses will be paired with unique live musical performance from Om Ensemble and Standard Issue alongside soundscapes created by Ineffable and composition by Franklyn Oliver.

Choux pastry filled with Marsala and Port Brandy Mushroom Parfait topped with a Teriyaki glaze and Popping Candy.

Salad of pickled Brussel Sprout, Green Bean, Mange Tout and Fennel.
Roast Butternut Squash and Red Onion combined with Pine Nuts, Sultanas, Cranberries topped with tempura Stalk Mushrooms.
Deconstructed Potato Dauphinois: Pommes Anna served with tempura Kale with Garlic Cream.
Sous vide Citrus Cured Endive Leaves served with sliced Blackberries and Blue Cheese sauce.
Beetroot Balsamic Tart Tatin with Goats Cheese Ice Cream.
