Starters

Timbal of hot smoked salmon and Greenland prawns with a micro herb salad, piquant tomato and brandy mayonnaise, mini oatcakes or sourdough crackers

Butternut squash and caramelised onion soup, finished with a sage infused cream.

Pressed ham Hough terrine, with a small salad, highland oatcakes with a rocher of apple and cider chutney.

Main Course

Roulade of turkey enveloped in bacon with a rich roast jus, kilted chipolata’s, gratin potatoes, roast potatoes, sprouts and honey roasted root vegetables.

Spiced sweet potato roulade, with a garden herb and tomato coulis.

Seared delice of salmon complimented by a champagne and caviar beurre blanc

Desserts

Traditional Christmas Pudding with mulled berries and Chantilly Cream

• The outstanding balance must be paid in full by 1st October 2026. Bookings not fully paid by this date will be automatically cancelled.
• Bookings made after 1st October 2026 require full payment at the time of booking.
• Deposits, part payments, and full payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• In the event of a reduction in party size, all payments, including deposits, remain non-refundable.

BEVERAGE

• For parties with tables of six or more, advance pre-order submission is required
  

• Wait times may occur therefore, we strongly recommend submitting pre-orders prior to the event to avoid any delays.
