PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

• There is no waiting area at the Grotto, so we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
  
• Guests arriving early will be asked to return at their booked time.
• Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Advance booking is required.
