We live our best life when our body, mind and soul are balanced, and in harmony with nature's natural rhythms and cycles.
My goal is to help the people in our community slow down and reconnect with their bodies and the natural world, through the teaching of natural remedies and nature resonance techniques, people can reclaim their health sovereignty, for a happy, healthy, and sustainable future.

Caring for your Health... We live our best life when our body, mind and soul is balanced, healthy, and in harmony with nature's natural rhythms and cycles. My goal is to help the people in my community reconnect with their bodies and the natural world; nurturing and supporting their journey back to Earth.
Connect to Earth to Heal... Take time and slow down and just be. Nature resonance, meditation, breath work and nature walks help us connect and live in the timely natural rhythms of the trees and plants that are symbiont to our very existence. One Breath at a Time... Our breath is the life force that flows through us every moment of every day. Learning to harness this power is key to living authentically with harmonious balance, and peace.
Food is Medicine... Avoiding processed foods and chemical cleaning and personal care products prevents harmful substances entering and building up in our bodies. Local, chemical free, wholefoods, ground us, nourish us, and support our body to maintain and heal itself.Mother Nature provides abundantly all that we need to thrive. Many illnesses are caused by manmade toxins in our food and environment.
Herbal Liberation... Pharmaceutical drugs are amazing and work wonders for acute or terminal illness. However, many drugs for treating chronic illness treat the symptoms but never get to the root of the problem. This can lead to side effects and years of unbalance and suffering. Plant medicine provides a sustainable and natural alternative helping you to feel grounded and creates flow through your energy centres (sushumna nadis) to Herbal Liberation.
