What is Pilates:
Mat Based Pilates is a gentle, low impact strength workout that research shows can help ease lower back pain, improve flexibility, and supports mental well-being.
Mat Pilates is a great way to strength your body’s primarily muscles of your core, while incorporating shoulders, Arms, Hips and Legs.
Mat Pilates exercises are performed with the moves adapted to work with just your body weight and a floor Mat for cushioning and support.
This work shop will give you an insight to Pilates.
