WORKSHOP - Soundbathing

Vicky (of Gaia Soul Sounds) will guide you into a deep and restful state with the sacred sounds and vibrations of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, sansula and chimes.

Saturday 1st July, 4.30pm - 6pm

Fee: €25 plus booking fee

Ages: 12-121

Capacity: 15 participants

Duration: 1.5 hours

Let your body and soul be rejuvenated. 

Herbal tea and chat afterwards.

Bring yoga mat, blanket, and anything to make yourself cosy.

Please note, this is not suitable for:

1st trimester of pregnancy
Those who use pacemakers
Sound induced epilepsy
