Venue:
This session will take place live on Zoom. Participants are encouraged to turn on the webcam during the session to help bring a supportive energy to our co-working workshop.
About the tutor:
Natasha, the artist and author of 'How to Meditate with Inky Pathways'. She is an experienced workshop facilitator, a mum of two and known for her kind, empathic and encouraging approach, ensuring that you feel supported and confident on your creative journey.
Natasha combines her extensive knowledge of art with a mindful approach, creating a supportive and enriching environment for all her students. She is also a certified meditation facilitator, life coach, and Reiki practitioner, with a full DBS and a proud member of the Heritage Craft Foundation.
Based in Kingston Upon Thames, Natasha’s artworks are intricate and organic. Drawing inspiration from nature, her creations combine her passion for colour, pattern, and texture. She works with a variety of mediums, including paper, fabric, and decorative embellishments like metal and beads. Her approach is intuitive and full of curiosity, resulting in elegant and meaningful pieces.
With a background in fashion, Natasha began her career making bespoke tiaras, showcasing her meticulous craftsmanship and eye for detail. She later founded Inky Pathways, a mindful art practice, where she developed a technique to blend art and meditation to promote creativity as a means of enhancing wellbeing. Natasha has been teaching art as a simple, mindful practice since 2013. Her workshops and sessions reflect her dedication to helping others discover the calming and transformative power of artistic expression.
